Kefir with berries, cucumber or oatmeal are unusual combinations for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Blackberry yoghurt smoothie

You will need (for 4 servings):
1 tbsp. blackberries 1 tbsp. kefir 1 pinch ground cardamom 1 tbsp. low-fat yogurt 1 tbsp honey
A good recipe for the beginning of the berry season (which, you have to believe, is about to come). Combine all ingredients in a blender and pour into glasses. Blackberries (rich in vitamin C) and honey in the composition give the drink a moderate sweetness, which kefir and cardamom hold back.
Banana-kefir cocktail

You will need (for 1 serving):
2 tsp flax seeds 1/2 tbsp. kefir 1 medium banana 1 tsp honey2 / 3 tbsp. ice
Grind the flaxseeds in a blender for 30 seconds. Then add banana, yogurt, honey, ice cubes to them and prepare smoothie until smooth. Serve immediately! A good breakfast option rich in protein, fiber, Omega 3 and, of course, probiotics.
Apple-kefir drink

You will need (for 2 servings):
2 tsp macadamia nuts kefir¾ st. natural apple juice Ice can be added if desired
Mix nuts with kefir and grind in a blender. Add apple juice and ice. Whisk until foamy and serve immediately. Due to nuts (in 100 g - 718 kcal), the drink turns out to be high-calorie, so if you want to lose weight, replace it with a full snack.
Kefir drink with orange and cinnamon

You will need (for 4 servings):
2 oranges 200 ml kefir 1 tsp cinnamon tsp 4 dates of nutmeg
Peel the orange, remove the pits from the dates. Grind the fruit with other ingredients in a blender and garnish with cinnamon. It's great to start the day with such a breakfast: kefir, nuts and dates in the composition will dull hunger and your body will keep the feeling of satiety for several hours.
Kefir cocktail with cucumber

You will need (for 1 serving):
1 cucumber 200 g kefir 1 tbsp sour cream, greens to taste
The classic combination for losing weight. Cut a cucumber into cubes and chop it in a blender. Add kefir and sour cream to the mixture, mix everything. Add spices and herbs (such as dill) if desired.
Cinnamon oat kefir smoothie

You will need (for 2 servings):
100 g lingonberries (or other berries) 1.5 tbsp. oat flakes 1.5 tbsp. kefira cinnamon to taste
Another option for a full healthy breakfast for those who are tired of the classic oatmeal. Prepare oatmeal. Mix them in a blender with the rest of the ingredients and serve!
Kefir smoothie with ginger and apple

You will need (for 1 serving):
1 tbsp. kefir 1 apple, ground ginger and cinnamon to taste
Peel and slice the apple. Mix apple, kefir and ginger in a blender. Garnish with cinnamon.
Kefir lassi with mango

You will need (for 2 servings):
1 tbsp. kefir2 ripe mangoes Pinch of salt Cayenne pepper to taste
Lassi is a classic Indian drink made with yoghurt. If you want to make it more useful, use kefir. Cut the mango into cubes and grind in a blender along with the rest of the ingredients. Done!
