Buckwheat porridge with milk

Ingredients:
Buckwheat - Low-fat milk - 1 cup Honey / berries - optional
Preparation:
Boil buckwheat porridge, serve with milk, you can add a little honey and berries.
Snack
Cottage cheese with nuts

Ingredients:
Soft cottage cheese 5% - 150 g Peanut butter - 1 tsp Peanuts - 25 g Dried fruits - 25 g
Preparation:
Add nuts and a little peanut butter to the curd (you can replace it with honey).
Dinner
Shrimp salad

Ingredients:
Shrimp - 200 g Arugula Mozzarella Cherry Lemon juice Olive oil
Preparation:
