Breakfast
Oatmeal

Ingredients:
Egg - 1 pc Oatmeal - 50 g Sweetener - to taste Banana - 1 pc
Preparation:
Beat the egg, add sweetener, oatmeal and half a banana. Stir well and put in the pan. Fry on both sides, serve with the remaining banana.
Snack
Avocado Bread

Ingredients:
Bread (whole grain bread) - 2 pcs Avocado - 1 pc.
Preparation:
Mash the avocado with a fork and spread over the crispbread.
Dinner
Pilaf

Ingredients:
Chicken - 100 g Brown rice - 50 g Carrots - 1 pc Onion - 1 pc Spices, salt - to taste
Preparation:
Fry the onions with carrots and meat. Add rice and water, simmer pilaf for 20 minutes.
Snack
Cottage cheese with nuts

Ingredients:
Soft cottage cheese 5% - 150 g Peanut butter - 1 tsp Peanuts - 25 g Dried fruits - 25 g
Preparation:
Add nuts and a little peanut butter (or honey) to the curd.
Dinner
Seafood with salad

Ingredients:
Squid / shrimp - 100 g Garlic - 1 clove Greenery Cherry Carrots - 1 pc Cucumber - 2 pcs Sesame (olive) oil - 1 tsp
Preparation:
Fry squids or shrimps with garlic, cherry tomatoes and herbs. Cut carrots and cucumber into strips, add oil and serve with squid / shrimp.
