Any girl knows the situation: after 7 days at sea, and the bone is still wide. What to do? The algorithm has long been known: "Okay, Google, how to lose weight in a week?"

The Internet offers a huge number of options, and you can choose absolutely any of them to your liking. Do you like chocolate? You can eat as much as 7 days on a tile a day (and that's all, of course). Do you like apples - great, we sit and enjoy for 7 days. For ordinary people, such a "diet week" will end before it starts. It’s very hungry to sit on one chocolate bar or five apples.

The point of all short-term diets is to have very few calories in the diet. If the diet is based on low-calorie foods: the same apples, cabbage, berries, lettuce, there will always be more of them. Indeed, with a nutritional value of a product of 30-50 calories, it is very difficult to gain more than 600-800 per day. If such a short-term diet is based on more high-calorie foods: chocolate, cheese - the amount will always be strictly limited and, as a rule, no more than 100-150 grams.

But those who are serious about going through all the obstacles of dizziness and the desire to eat everything in their path will suffer a different outcome. Minus 2-3 kilograms per week - that's for sure. But, unfortunately, from these lost kilograms of fat there will not be so much, the rest will be in water and intestinal contents.

What do you get after a couple of days of a regular diet? Plus 2-3 kg is ideal. But more often than not, the lost kilograms are returned not alone, but in the company of a couple of "friends". Do not forget that the psychological component in such a matter as "weight loss" is one of the most important. A person who severely restricts himself in some types of products will then eat off for a very long time.

What if low-calorie and mono diets are not helping you achieve your goal? The answer is simple: it takes not n days to prepare for the swimwear season, but always be in shape.

If you really need to lose a couple of pounds for an important event, fasting days can come to the rescue. For example, protein days with lots of vegetables in the diet. If on such days you also limit the amount of salt, excess water will go away, and with it the puffiness.

The main rule of fasting days is not to abuse them, to arrange them quite rarely. The second is to never lower the calorie content of the fasting day below 600-800 calories. And thirdly, you also need to be careful when leaving such days. If the next day you go to an event where you eat fatty foods with a lot of carbohydrates, salt, sugar and drink it all with alcohol, water and swelling will return in even greater volume.

Try not to resort to extreme weight loss methods. And to do this is extremely simple: be active and eat healthy, but tasty and varied food.
