Breakfast
Lazy oatmeal in a jar with banana and cinnamon

Oat flakes - 50 g.
Yogurt - 100 ml.
Milk - 50 ml.
Cinnamon - 0.5 tsp
Honey - 1 tsp
Banana - 1 pc.
Add oatmeal, yogurt, milk, honey and cinnamon to the jar. Mix well. Then stir in the sliced banana pieces. Close the jar with a lid, refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.
Snack
Cottage cheese with prunes

Dinner
Baked cod fillet

Cod - 1 carcass
Tomato - 120 g.
Broccoli - 150 g.
Lemon juice - 2 tbsp.
Pour lemon juice over the cod carcass. Slice the tomato and place on the fish. Wrap the cod in foil, add broccoli. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 15-25 minutes.

Omelet with tuna and tomato

Bulb onions - 0.5 pcs.
Egg 2 pcs.
Canned tuna in its own juice - 100 g.
Tomato - 1 pc.
Cut the onion into half rings, beat the eggs, mix them. Cut the tomato, mash the tuna. Mix all the ingredients, salt and pepper. Pour the egg mixture into a non-stick skillet, fry for 5 minutes over low heat. Turn over and fry for another 3-4 minutes.
