Breakfast
Millet porridge with apples and cinnamon

Millet - 70 g.
Water - 100 ml.
Milk - 100 ml.
Green apple - 70 g.
Cinnamon - 1/3 tsp.
Rinse millet, pour over boiling water. Pour the cereal and put on high heat, add milk, close the lid and reduce the temperature. Cook until cooked through. Whisk a finely chopped apple and season with cinnamon before serving.
Snack
Oat cookies

Hercules - 100 g.
Kefir - 100 ml.
Honey - 1 tsp
Nuts, raisins, poppy seeds optional
Fill the flakes with kefir, add honey and leave for a few minutes to swell. Put the mixture on a baking sheet with a spoon, send it to an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 15-25 minutes.
Dinner
Cream soup

Boiled chicken fillet - 100 g.
Chicken broth - 100 ml.
Boiled broccoli - 100 g.
Boiled potatoes - 1 pc.
Spices, garlic, salt to taste
Add all ingredients to a blender, chop to a puree consistency, add spices and herbs.

Fritata with vegetables

Egg - 2 pcs.
Zucchini - 100 g.
Tomatoes - 1 medium
Bulgarian pepper - 1/4
Onions - 1/4 small onion
Garlic - 2 cloves
Salt, pepper to taste
Place finely chopped vegetables in a deep non-stick skillet. Season with salt and heat. Simmer under a lid over low heat until the water evaporates. Pour the beaten egg mixture over the vegetables. Keep it covered for 3-5 minutes.
