Chocolate curd cake

For cakes:
Eggs - 2 pcs.
Soy flour - 1 tablespoon
Corn flour - 1 tablespoon
Cocoa powder - 1 tbsp.
For the filling:
Cottage cheese - 100 g.
Bitter chocolate - 20 g.

Berries
Beat the eggs well until they form a strong foam. Enter flour and cocoa. Pour the dough onto a baking sheet and bake a tortilla. For the filling, beat the cottage cheese with berries and stevia. Decorate the cake with grated chocolate.
Advice! If there is no time to prepare breakfast in the morning, fill the oatmeal with fermented baked milk at night. Stir in the morning, add fresh berries. Done. Use seasonal berries and fruits - they have the most vitamins.

Vegetable casserole with cauliflower

Cauliflower - 70 g.
Chicken breast - 100 g.
Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc.
Egg - 1 pc.
Cheese - 50 g.
Cream - 50 ml.

Divide the cauliflower into small inflorescences, put in a fireproof dish. Cut the pepper and breast into cubes and fry in a dry frying pan. Lay out on top. Season with salt and top with a mixture of grated cheese, cream and eggs. Cover with foil and bake at 180 degrees for about an hour.
Advice! If you are addicted to sweets, eat a vegetable with a low glycemic index (such as celery) to "neutralize" calories and slow down the absorption of glucose into the blood.

Tuna - 50 g.
Tomato - 1 pc.
Arugula - 30 g.
