Co-founder of ADRIA fit camp, certified trainer Evgenia Ivanova shared a recipe for a healthy breakfast and talked about her attitude towards pp desserts.

Breakfast
When there is no time to prepare a full breakfast, they save pp-sandwiches in different variations. The main rules: bread should be whole grains, nothing fried in a lot of oil, the morning meal should contain proteins, fats, carbohydrates.
Avocado toast

Whole grain bread - 70 gr.
Avocado - 50 gr.
Salt
Pepper
Advice! Lightly dry the bread in a dry frying pan, and salt and pepper the avocado - so the taste will be richer and more versatile.
Dinner
Pasta with vegetables

Pasta - 50 gr.
Cherry tomatoes - 30 gr.
Arugula - 30 gr.
Cauliflower - 30 gr.
Almond milk - 150 ml.
Green onions
Cilantro
Smoked paprika
Lemon
Cumin
Garlic
Salt
Boil the pasta and cauliflower. Cut the tomatoes in half. Season with salt, add smoked paprika and bake on parchment paper in the oven for 15-20 minutes (you need to get it out as soon as the edges start to darken). Mix the finished cauliflower with almond milk, herbs, lemon juice, caraway seeds, salt, garlic and beat with a blender. Pour the sauce into a saucepan and put on low heat, stirring constantly. Once it's warmed up, add the pasta to it and stir. Cover and let stand for 5-7 minutes. Serve with arugula and baked tomatoes.
Advice! Do not get carried away with pp desserts. They are healthier than industrial baked goods with emulsifiers, stabilizers and other additives in the composition, but they are no less high in calories. Any flour (even oatmeal and rice) are carbohydrates, the daily rate of which needs to be controlled, eggs contain cholesterol, honey and fruit - the same fast carbohydrate as sugar.
Dinner
Fish meatballs with vegetables

Fillet of white fish - 100 gr.
Champignons - 30 gr.
Carrots - 20 gr.
Hard cheese - 20 gr.
Egg - 1 pc.
Wild rice (can be replaced with bulgur) - 20 gr.
Salt
Spices
Grind fillets, mushrooms, carrots and cheese in a blender. Boil rice until half cooked. Mix ingredients, add egg. Season with salt and pepper. Form balls. Bake in the oven at 190 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Serve with corn salad and a slice of grapefruit.
