Breakfast
Advice! Breakfast is an obligatory meal. I recommend eating it after a 30 minute cardio workout. Before training, you need to drink 400 ml. clean water at room temperature.
Coffee Pancakes

Oat flour - 50 gr.
Egg - 1 pc.
Milk - 40 ml.
Coffee - 1/2 tsp.
Cocoa - 1/2 tsp
Banana - 1/2
Cottage cheese - 100 gr.
Greek yogurt
Grind the oatmeal in a blender to a powder. Beat the egg. Add banana, coffee, cocoa, mashed with a fork. Pour in warm milk. Stir. Bake pancakes in a dry skillet. Whisk the curd with yogurt and sweetener. Put on ready-made pancake. Top with another pancake. Bon Appetit!
Dinner
Chicken breast rolls

Chicken breast - 100 gr.
"Feta" - 50 gr.
Bulgarian pepper - 30 gr.
Soy sauce
Oregano
Garlic
Lemon juice
Cumin
Combine soy sauce, lemon juice, oregano, garlic, and cumin. Marinate the chicken breast in the resulting sauce for three hours. Cut the pepper into strips. "Feta" - cubes. Chicken breast - in thin strips. Put cheese, a few strips of pepper on each. Twist. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
Dinner
Advice! The main principle of dinner is no carbohydrates. All side dishes, except vegetable salads, are prohibited. Otherwise, your body will burn supper until the morning, and not subcutaneous fatty tissue.
Omelet with tomato and cauliflower

Egg - 1 pc.
Tomato - 30 gr.
Cauliflower - 30 gr.

Salt
Beat the egg and salt in a blender. Cut the onion into half rings. Tomato - in thin slices. Disassemble the cabbage into inflorescences. Place the vegetables on a baking sheet. Cover with egg. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 200 degrees
