BeautyHack columnist Elvira Chabakauri told us what means she "hunts" for when traveling abroad.
Friends, who doesn't love the glorious hunt for rare cosmetics while traveling? Definitely not me, because I adore! Yes, more and more brands of cosmetics appear in Russia. For example, just the other day we learned the news that in Rive Gauche it is now possible to buy Origins brand care (we wrote about this here).
But sometimes inaccessibility makes shopping even more enjoyable, if it happens while traveling, the purchase can also become memorable.
Here are my favorite products of those brands that are not officially represented in Russia yet:
Charlotte Tilbury Golden Goddess Luxury palette

I love both the legendary makeup artist Charlotte Tilbury and her cosmetics brand!
She has great packaging, wonderful colors, and even has complete sets of shade-matched complete sets where you can get the perfect match for eyeshadows, blush and lipsticks.
It's hard to pick one favorite, but let's talk about the brand's eyeshadow palettes. Each of them is designed so that any girl can easily cope with application - each contains a base shade for the entire eyelid and inner corners of the eyes and a color that needs to be shaded by the crease of the eyelid, as well as to highlight the eyelash and outer corners of the eyes. And the most interesting thing is that there is also pressed glitter, which you can apply with your finger to the center of the century and get a real holiday before your eyes.
Charlotte Tilbury Filmstar Bronze & Glow

Another bestseller and unconditional hit of the brand is the Charlotte Tilbury Filmstar Bronze & Glow palette. It would seem that there are a lot of such palettes on the market now. But, in my opinion, Charlotte has done some very special work with colors and textures. It is easy to apply, makeup is very photogenic with it. The product wonderfully highlights the sculpture of the face and revives its color.
Too Faced Chocolate Bar Semi Sweet

Too Faced is a very cute and funny make-up brand that has become famous all over the world for its chocolate palettes. My favorite one is Too Faced Chocolate Bar Semi Sweet. This is a large palette shaped like a bar of chocolate that smells like this sweet dessert! There are many shades of brown in it, but not enough to make it boring. An excellent choice for lovers of brown-bronze and golden eye makeup.
Suqqu Cheek Brush

The Japanese brand Suqqu is prohibitively expensive, but really worth it! Most of all I love the brand's brushes. It seems to me that Suqqu Cheek Brush has been seen at least once by those who like to watch beauty reviews of makeup artist and blogger Lisa Eldridge. Even from the video you can imagine how soft it is! It cannot be compared with any brushes of European brands, it gives completely different tactile sensations! The shape is just perfect - not too big and not too small. For me, it justifies its price.
Marc jacobs air blush

First of all, the make-up of Marc Jacobs is incredibly beautiful! Secondly, these are always high-quality products. Of my purchases, the most loved and used are the Marc Jacobs Air Blush. They consist of a gradient of two colors, they can be mixed in different proportions to achieve the desired shade. It's comfortable! Their texture is light, it is impossible to apply too much.
Esprique Liquid Eyebrow Liner

At some point, all cosmetics manufacturers at once paid attention to the eyebrows. And they began an unspoken competition in the launches of various conventional and unusual eyebrow products. It's great when we have a choice, and it's great! But, alas, I have not yet met anything like the Korean Esprique Liquid eyebrow liner from European manufacturers of cosmetics. This is an eyebrow liner with a brush and a semi-transparent pigment in a natural gray-brown color. Perfectly draws hairs, they look like real ones!
Hourglass Ambient Lighting palette

It is worth paying attention to the Hourglass brand on occasion when traveling, or when ordering something from foreign sites. Their most popular line is called Ambient Lighting and currently includes powders, highlighters, blush and bronzers and sometimes limited edition palettes.
For acquaintance with the brand, I think the most successful palette is the Hourglass Ambient Lighting palette - it has three types and three shades of powders. One is suitable for setting makeup, the other resembles a soft highlighter, and the third is a more honey-golden hue (it can be used as an eyeshadow or as a light glowing bronzer for fair skin). On the official website of the brand there is also an option for individual creation of a palette - you can choose your own three Ambient Lighting powder colors to your liking.
Glossier Cloud Paint seamless blush

Another interesting and inaccessible brand is Glossier. She is originally from America and was created by Emily Weiss, the popular blogger Into The Gloss. The Glossier product line currently includes everything for basic skin care and natural make-up. I really liked their creamy blush called Glossier Cloud Paint seamless blush. Just because they look like pretty tubes of paint makes them want to! They have proven to be very comfortable to use - easy to apply and blend directly with your finger. Very good shades and texture of the product.
