Ksenia Wagner talks about what to do and what not to stay young and attractive longer.
1) love your skin

The skin is our largest organ and is most actively renewed at night. So falling into a pillow with makeup is a bad idea. And just philonite with evening cleansing, because there is no strength either. So you multiply wrinkles and pimples.
And now for a surprise: in the morning you also need to wash your face to wash off the remnants of night care and sebum released overnight.
Other enemies of peach cheeks: excessive sun, inappropriate skin care, smoking, alcohol, lack of water and … leave-in micellar: those who do not regularly wash off micellar water risk making their skin drier and more sensitive. (You can read other interesting facts about leather here).
2) do not overeat

No, I do not urge to drive a cabbage leaf on a plate. And choke on envious saliva while my husband chews on his steak. And even in a piece of Napoleon I do not see a crime - if this commander does not command you every day.
A woman should have a healthy appetite for food and life.
But when your mouth is in crumbs from a hamburger, your nose is in ketchup, cola flows down your chin, and the feast is crowned with a blissful belch, believe me, your image is far from beautiful.
3) don't get drunk

After a glass of champagne, we all seem to ourselves a little princesses - smiles bloom, eyes shine, and even sneakers become crystal shoes.
Alas, with each subsequent drop of the good fairy, something goes wrong - and now the goddaughter is no longer a ruddy bud, but a red pompom, her hair is knocked down, the ink has swam, her tongue is braided, her armpits are sweating.
Before demanding the continuation of the banquet, look around - has the prince escaped into the bushes? (Male opinion on this topic can be found here).
4) go to bed before midnight

I know, I know, it's hard. But I have an ironclad argument: from 23.00 to 1.30, growth hormone is produced, which breaks down fats. He who does not get enough sleep overeats. In addition, the brain is actively regenerating during these hours. If you don't think about the waist, think about the head! (We wrote about other reasons why you will never lose weight here).
5) live in harmony with age

Youth is not platform sneakers, bangs upright and lilac shadows. This is drive, sparkle in the eyes, healthy curiosity and openness to the world. One of my 50-year-old acquaintances has a face - a baked apple, all wrinkled. But she is fit, slim, fashionable, sparkling - and even these wrinkles are funny.
And another friend, who is the same age, is obsessed with injections - and looks like a revived dumpling from horror films.
Faces frozen with Botox, pumped up with fillers, reshaped and over-tightened do not look young - they evoke fear and sympathy. No, I am not against injections and other procedures - but dose them and trust only the pros.
Cosmetologists who "put" you on a needle and devices, condemning clatter of their tongue at one hint of a wrinkle, are not doctors, but businessmen. (We wrote here about how important it is to take care of yourself so that you yourself feel comfortable).
6) wash your hair (and do it right!)

We all have days when we want to break the alarm clock against the wall, and instead of 7.00 you get up at 7.55, having changed the time four times. It takes about two minutes to shower, and even a beauty virtuoso cannot wash his hair for them. These days we are forgiven for "careless" bunches and "licks" tails. But do not wash your hair, because "it is harmful" is a crime against hair.
The myth about the dangers of frequent washing comes from the times when the quality of shampoos was several times lower than today. Modern products cleanse gently and carefully - if properly matched to the type of hair and scalp.
When the roots quickly "grease" after washing, there are two options - either shampoo is not suitable for you, or it is of poor quality and contains too many cheap silicones. It is also important to rinse off any shampoo correctly - with warm water for at least five minutes (the longer the hair, the longer).
7) eat less sugar

And not only because it weakens the immune system 17 (!) Times, causes jumps in insulin, stimulates outbursts of appetite and promotes inflammatory processes. Sugar is one of the main instigators of wrinkles and "activators" of skin aging (there is even such a thing as "sugar face").
Glycation is a chemical reaction involving sugar, at the last stage of which the so-called Advanced GlycationEndproducts (AGE) appear.
These substances destroy collagen and elastin in the skin - proteins, without which it cannot be healthy and elastic.
8) don't get angry
When a woman splashes poison, screams and swears, I want to step aside - as from the source of some kind of miasma.
Such ladies are not ladies, but women, and they are never beautiful, because beauty is impossible without tact, a sense of proportion, an inner tutor who will cover his mouth with his palm in time.
Do not confuse passion with anger. Hot temper in some - few - situations can give a woman charm, but bile and cruelty - never.
9) Monitor your posture

A straight back is a signal to the world about self-confidence. A woman with good posture seems younger and slimmer, things fit better on her, she attracts attention without unnecessary body movements and looks more spectacular in any situation. And the higher the chin, the less wrinkles on the neck. (You can find the secrets of beautiful posture here).
10) Spit on envious people and be yourself
To be beautiful is always a challenge: beauties are discussed, envied, admired, and muddled. For the fact that, out of pity, they will forgive the ugly, the beauty is bitten and wrapped around.
But if someone's barking is only royally led with a shoulder, the offender will become silent, his tail between his legs.
And it really doesn't matter if you have a puffy mouth, big eyes, a flat nose and chiseled cheekbones. If you are not afraid to be yourself and love your nature, you are already a beauty.
