Since the release of the first film about agent 007, Bond Girls have become the basis of the films. From sex symbols to femme fatale, double agents and even wives, the role has changed a lot over the years. We wondered what the famous female super agents now look like.
1. Ursula Andress (Doctor No, 1962)
Ursula Andress is best known for her role as Honey Ryder in the first Bond film, Doctor No, for which she won a Golden Globe. Andress later played the role of Vesper Lind in Casino Royale in 1967, but after the birth of her son in 1980, Andress ended her acting career. She is now 83.
2. Shirley Eaton (Goldfinger, 1964)
Shirley Eaton is best remembered for portraying Jill Masterson in the 1964 film Goldfinger as the Bond girl with whom they painted for the rest of her life. Just five years after the release of this film, Eaton quit her job to devote herself to her family. She is now 82 years old.
3. Diana Rigg ("On Her Majesty's Secret Service", 1969)
Most recognizable for her role as Emma Peel in the British TV series The Avengers, Diana Rigg played James Bond's wife Tracy Bond in George Lazenby's film On Her Majesty's Secret Service. Since 2013, Rigg has played the Queen of Thorns, Olenna Tyrell, in the HBO series Game of Thrones. She is now 81 years old.
4. Tary Hatcher ("Tomorrow Never Dies", 1997)
Tary Hatcher rose to fame for her role as Lois Lane on ABC's Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman, before playing Bond girl Paris Carver in Pierce Brosnan's Tomorrow Never Dies. Hatcher also brought Susan Meyer to life in Desperate Housewives, for which she received a Golden Globe Award for Best Actress. She is now 54 years old.
5. Jane Seymour (Live and Let Die, 1973)
Jane Seymour played Solitaire in the 1973 Bond film Live and Let Die, and from 1993 to 1998 she played a role of the same name in the TV series Dr. Quinn, Doctor Woman. During her career, Seymour received an Emmy, two Golden Globes, a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, and in 2000 she became an Officer of the Order of the British Empire. She is now 68 years old.
