Oatmeal with spicy apples

Apples - 2 pcs.

Milk - 200 ml.
Honey - 1 tsp
Peel apples, cut into large pieces. Put in a saucepan, put on fire. Add honey, cinnamon and ginger. Pour in water and cook for 10 minutes over low heat. Pour the flakes with milk, cook. Pour the cooked porridge with spicy apples.
Don't miss breakfast! Not all people take breakfast with the proper attention. Some do not have time to have breakfast due to their busyness and confine themselves to a cup of tea or coffee. Others suffer from lack of appetite in the morning and force themselves to eat through force. Without eating in the morning, the body does not receive the necessary energy for full activity during the day.

Homemade chicken sausages with buckwheat porridge

Chicken fillet - 200 g.
Onion - 1 pc.

Egg - 1 pc.
Salt to taste
Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces, chop in a blender, adding onion and garlic. Beat an egg into the mixture, pour in the remaining ingredients. Spread the cling film on the table, put two tablespoons of minced meat and roll the film like candy. Roll the sausages tightly, tie the edges with threads. Pour cold water over the sausages, cook over low heat for 20 minutes. Serve with ready-made buckwheat porridge.
