Surely since the summer you have had a foundation that you bought to match your tanned skin. It is unlikely to be suitable for next year. But do not rush to throw it away and use our tips:
- Dilute, for example, with a moisturizer for the face: the foundation will become lighter, while the shade can be controlled by thinning first less, then more.
- Another trick: A dark foundation can be used as a creamy bronzer. It will look very natural: there is no shimmer, and light shading guarantees naturalness. Take a sponge or tapered brush and trace along the line of your cheekbones from your chin to your ear. You can also visually narrow the nose in a darker tone: draw two lines from the inside of the eyebrows to the tip of the nose and blend well. Facial features will become clearer and more prominent.
- Try applying foundation under a light powder, mixing textures and shades. It would be ideal to use HD white powder, like Make Up For Ever, for example.
- Owners of oily skin often buy a matting foundation for the summer, and in winter, the skin needs hydration. Just add a drop of jojoba oil, almond oil, or any cosmetic oil you use to the mattifying agent, and the texture of the foundation will become denser, and the skin of the face will be hydrated and radiant.
