Spicy turmeric and coconut tea

We advise if you know about the beneficial properties of turmeric, but have not mastered the recipes for healthy tea with this spice. In this tea, the earthy aroma of turmeric successfully sets off the coconut.

You will need:

10 cardamom pods

3 stars of anise

3 dry cloves buds

Pinch of allspice

2 tbsp. l. coconut flakes

½ tsp. nutmeg

½ tsp. turmeric

1 cinnamon stick

15 cm slice of fresh ginger

Honey and vanilla to taste

2 cups water

Let's get started:

In a small saucepan, combine cardamom, pepper, star anise, cloves, coconut, nutmeg, turmeric, ginger and vanilla. Add two glasses of water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and leave the tea on the stove for 15-20 minutes. Strain the tea through a sieve before serving and serve with honey.

Use this decaffeinated tea recipe if you have time to collect lime flowers.

You will need:

1 tsp hibiscus leaves

1 tsp sumach berries

1 linden inflorescence

1 cup boiling water

Let's get started:

Put all the ingredients in a teapot and cover with boiling water. Let sit for 3-5 minutes, then strain into cups. This mixture can be brewed three times - the aroma will remain.

All your favorite summer scents in one cup of tea!

You will need:

5 sprigs of fresh mint

3-5 dried rosebuds

1 tsp. dill seeds

½ tsp. dried culinary lavender

2 cups boiling water

Let's get started:

The preparation of this tea is the same as in the previous recipe. Place all dry and fresh ingredients in a teapot and brew the tea for 3-5 minutes. Strain the drink through a sieve before serving.

Matcha tea with chocolate

Matcha reduces the sweetness of hot chocolate in this tea recipe. If you want a less pronounced matcha flavor, add half teaspoon instead of one. This tea is a good alternative to dessert!

You will need:

1 tbsp. l. unsweetened cocoa powder

2 tbsp. l. finely chopped white chocolate

1 tbsp. l. sugar

1 tsp game

Pinch of salt

A glass of milk

Let's get started:

In a mug, combine cocoa powder, chocolate, sugar, matcha and salt. Boil the milk in a saucepan and pour it into a mug. Stir for about one minute, until the chocolate is melted and the ingredients are dissolved.

Persian Melon Drink

A traditional Iranian recipe, which is the right time to practice in our latitudes. The classic version of the drink uses cantaloupe melon, but another juicy version of this fruit will do.

You will need:

1 melon

Fresh mint

Water

Let's get started:

Peel the melon and remove the pits. Cut the melon into wedges and divide each wedge in two. Pound the pulp into a bowl (you can use a fork) and mix with 4 cups of water. Chill 45 minutes and serve with mint in the heat instead of iced tea.
