The third liquid highlighter that I really want to tell you about is Becca Shimmering Skin Perfector Liquid Highlighter. It is produced in seven shades at once, so you can choose to your taste, but I want to draw your attention to the universal Opal of champagne color, which can be used both in a feast and in the world. The Becca liquid highlighter stands out for its pliable texture and light shading, and it also shimmers very beautifully on the skin. In addition, it is available in two volumes of 50 and 20 ml, which is very convenient - you can take a small tube for acquaintance, and if you like it, come back for a larger one.

In the budget segment, it is worth highlighting the bases for the face tone with reflective pigments L'Etoile selection Neglige. In general, these are liquid portholes that can be used not only as a base for make-up, but can also be mixed with foundation or applied over as a highlighter - the level of concentration of the shining particles allows you to do this. It remains to choose from five cool shades and realize that such a cool thing costs only 674 rubles. (with the maximum discount).

But NARS Pro Prime Light Optimizing Primer Broad Spectrum SPF 15 Radiance Enhancing can already be used only as a base - a white base that dissolves on the skin with a tiny pink-peach shimmer. The tool will help to "lighten" the skin from the inside. The pluses must be attributed to the fact that the foundation lasts longer on it, which is never superfluous.

Burberry recently launched a similar base called Fresh Glow Luminous Fluid Base. Water-based product: the main advantage is the moisturizing effect and very soft highlighting, so it can be applied all over the face, and under and over foundation. And if the skin condition allows, then even instead! I note that as a standalone highlighter, the base is rather weak: the glow is very gentle and delicate.

Another base on my list of favorites is Erborian Glow Creme. Appeared on sale this spring. It differs from all others in that it works as a day moisturizer and at the same time gives a slight highlighting effect. Therefore, if you like a minimum of layers in your makeup, then this is definitely your option!
