I am a mother of three small children, so I am constantly on the move and I can count my free minutes on my fingers. In addition, I work hard and try to find time for self-development and other interesting projects. And recently I began to notice that the experiences associated with motherhood and an active lifestyle, as well as frequent lack of sleep deplete my body - lately, no matter what I did, I felt only one desire - to rest. The doctors also checked the state of my hormonal levels - an important aspect in the proper functioning of the body. As soon as the tests were ready, the curator and I discussed all the results and made an action plan for the days that I planned to spend at the resort.

I learned that my constant feeling of fatigue was mainly due to the lack of vitamin D, magnesium and iron in the body (how to understand that you have chronic fatigue, the psychotherapist tells here). Also, the doctor told me about my metabolism and acid-base balance, the state of immunity and the work of enzyme systems. I was amazed at his attentiveness and professionalism. I also realized how stress negatively affects the work of our body, and that even negative emotions can trigger destructive processes in it. The fact is that melatonin, a sleep hormone, regulates chronobiological processes in our body, which are also responsible for the activity of the endocrine system. Just one week of sleep deprivation negatively affects the activity of more than 700 genes, and sleep deficit, that is, less than 7-8 hours a day, is accompanied by a decrease in melatonin production. What threatens the deficiency of this hormone in the body? The development of oxidative stress, which changes genes and triggers the aging process.

So, after carrying out all the necessary analyzes and studying them in detail, my unique program for improving the body began. Droppers with ozone and other useful ingredients, face and body massage, wraps with bandages to improve lymph flow and lifting effect, whirlpool baths, breathing exercises, Scandinavian wrestling and hammam - these are just some of the procedures that the specialist prescribed for me. In my free time, I walked a lot along the shores of the Gulf of Finland, breathed incredibly fresh air and, of course, slept.

I didn’t even think that separate diet food could be so tasty - my favorite dishes were pumpkin soup and boiled tongue, cooked according to special author's recipes.
