Chanel's chief makeup artist Lucia Pica has unveiled the first cruise makeup collection, Les Indispensables De L'ete. BeautyHack Editor Natalia Kapitsa shares her impressions of the new products.
Lucia, known for her intellectual approach, says that the essence of the new line of products is to “deconstruct” glamor and maximize ease of application. And indeed it is.
The collection includes the author's selection of basic tools with which you can achieve maximum naturalness without having the skills of a professional makeup artist.
The main "weapon" of an ideal summer look is Les Beiges reflective powder, which creates a light tan effect. Contains mineral oils and beeswax. The powder lays down evenly, does not roll, due to the presence of shimmering particles, it gives the face freshness, and make-up - durability.
Rouge Coco Shine Moisturizing Lipstick is the perfect companion for summer travel. Choose your shade: flesh or coral. I am brown-haired, so I preferred the latter.
For an evening out, Lucia offers lightweight Rouge Coco Stylo lipsticks in the latest colors: Sepia, Panorama or Esquisse. The products are lightweight, absolutely not felt on the lips and last long enough - a good option for dancing on the beach.
The collection also includes waterproof varnishes in four fashionable shades - there is a place for fantasy to roam (why not mix them?).
